General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Since May 25, 2018, the SAS of la Mothe Chandeniers, whose head office is 4 RTE DE ROIFFE 86120 LES TROIS- MOUTIERS, applies the implementation of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
This new law (GDPR) allows you to better control the use that is made of your data. The SAS of la Mothe Chandeniers pays particular attention to the protection of your personal data and total transparency regarding their use.
Main provisions:

Profiling: “right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, producing legal effects concerning them or significantly affecting them in a similar way”.
